Do you offer a discount for first-time customers?
Yes! Enjoy 10% off your first order when you sign up. The discount will be applied automatically or via a code sent to your email.
How long does it take to process my order?
As soon as your order is placed, it is sent straight to our fulfilment partner to be freshly made and prepared for dispatch. Orders placed during the week are processed immediately. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next available weekday. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don't offer gift wrapping, however we do have a beautiful gift range presented in stunning gift boxes — perfect for treating someone special. Browse our gift collection to find the ideal present.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Customers in the UK get free standard delivery on orders over £50. This will be applied automatically at checkout. Please note that free shipping applies to standard delivery only and is available for UK orders only — international shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

We offer two delivery options, fulfilled by our trusted partner company:
- Standard Delivery — our regular delivery service
- Fast Delivery — for when you need your order sooner

How do I find out delivery times and costs for EU and international orders?
Delivery times and costs for EU and international orders are managed by our trusted delivery partner and are calculated based on your location. To see your available options, prices, and estimated delivery timeframes, simply:
- Add your items to your cart
- Proceed to checkout
- Enter your full delivery details, including your phone number
Your available delivery options — including both Standard and Fast Delivery with their prices and estimated timeframes — will then be displayed for you to choose from before you confirm your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery details. Exact shipping rates will be displayed before you confirm your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the UK, EU, and US. Shipping costs and times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout when you add your address.
Are your products vegan friendly?
Yes! All M2U products are 100% vegan friendly — we never use animal-derived ingredients in any of our formulations.
Are your products nut free and gluten free?
Yes! All of our products are nut free and gluten free, making them suitable for those with nut or gluten sensitivities.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our products are dermatologically tested and we have a dedicated sensitive range specially formulated for delicate or reactive skin types.
Are your products freshly made?
Yes! Every M2U product is freshly made to order — there is no shelf life concern as your products are crafted specifically for you and dispatched fresh.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes! Our bottles and packaging are eco-friendly and biodegradable, designed with sustainability and biodiversity in mind.
Do you have a refer a friend scheme?
Yes! When you refer a friend to M2U and they place their first order, you'll receive 5% off your next order as a thank you. Use code REFER5 at checkout to claim your reward.

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! If your item arrives damaged, please contact us via our Contact page with a photo showing the damage. You will then need to return the damaged item to us. Once it has been received, our fulfilment partner will freshly make and dispatch a replacement order to you straight away. We want to make sure you receive your M2U products in perfect condition.
